The Crest of Calavera Hills governing documents direct the operation and management of the homeowner's association. These are legal documents agreed to by each owner as part of their closing documents when they purchase real property within The Crest development. All owners and occupants of rented units are required to follow the requirements contained within the governing documents.
These documents ensure the equal enjoyment of the common areas by all owners, renters, and guests. They ensure day to day operation of the association is maintained so each owner enjoys stable property values based on common area appearance and architectural control.
Each owner, renter, occupant, and guest is encouraged to read the governing documents so all members of the association can enjoy The Crest lifestyle.

Questions about the governing documents that cannot be answered by our association management company should be submitted in writing to the Board of Directors.
Submit written questions to the association manager listed above who will add them to the next Board meeting agenda so action can be taken if warranted at the next Board meeting.
