All maintenance and emergency service needs should be directed to our association management company, Property Advantage.
Rocky Orozco is our association manager that specializes in the day-to-day operation of The Crest HOA's common area maintenance. All maintenance items, complaints or compliments, and home improvement actions should be directed to Rocky. All requests that are not an emergency (injury or property damage is or could occur within the next four hours) should be submitted in writing so it can be evaluated and either acted on by the association management company or scheduled for action at the next Board of Directors meeting.

Emergencies should be immediately telephoned into the management company and followed up within 24 hours with a written email or letter describing the emergency and actions, if any, taken to eliminate or reduce the potential harm or damage.
